fished the pier last night loads of lads fishing just before the gate, started just before the blocks nowt there went to the end no one fishing the end nothing there either walk half way back had a few chucks got a canny pull struck fish on seem like a canny one 20yrds out snagged in the rocks and couldn't free and it wouldn't swim out gave it a hard pull and lost the lot was gutted next couple of cast got 2 nice whitting then it went dead left about 12.30am

Hard lines mate it's a bugger when that happens. Still, there are plenty more fish in the sea

Fished the brigade hut this morning , wind was a pain, rain was a pain but gave me a chance to see what my new rod and reel could do.

Had quite a few knocks only one fish caught a whitey about a pound (felt bigger on braid lol) baits used lug,rag,razor and bluey

Sea was well away watch yourselves out there lads ,roll on my next trip.
