got a giant plaice off of the 42 mark the day -



thank god a seen the bite thanks to the sensitivity of me wr300 so managed to haul the f"""er in with me 515
Anyway, first of the season so I'm off the mark

Couple of little coddies followed and then done a one to SEC but no luck there either apart from little coddy



Pier very quiet but a cracking day weather wise, hot like

Maybe the plaice will be in early this year yer never know.

For info there were no macky bashers out the day

Early season this one i think, water temp warmer than last year but that will mean more algi when we start getting the sun.

Anyway nice to see a "spring" species already
