seems to be hard work full stop. I,m going to give our next works trip a miss late in May.
Got holiday up in Mull for a week with family so going to have a go with spinners.

Mick.

We didn't miss much then by all accounts, I didn't fancy the conditions today , or tomorrow either, I might give it a go through the week if there's a window of opportunity ( sounds good that eh? :D )

Well I have just worked out what I have left of this season taken away holidays etc. 14 weekends and so far Stingray has a grand total or 9 fish with only 3 keepers after 4 trips out or a planned 7 weekends ha

Called off today and Monday already...next trip Friday if the weather is ok

I love abit of doom and gloom but this is going too far now after 2012's boating/burning fuel year.

I will say it also...THINGS HAVE GOT TO IMPROVE SOON......ow I just thought of the name of my next boat if I can fit it on the side :) :) :)

I see the nesting birds have returned yesterday to the marina, nice to see them back and they had some sandeel as well.

Friday i feel a mackerel being caught, i tried like hell for them yesterday.

Yes, the Terns were spotted this week on more than one occasion picking up fish in Leazes Park.Seems there a bit like boat anglers they dont mind travelling for their fish, but unlike boat anglers there catching. :D :D :D
