Stingray 12.09.08 catch report

Well we covered some distance today and the weather was cracking until 4pm so had a nice long trip today.

Had a canny day fish wise also, first to catch was Calico jack with the boats 1st pollack and a nice one at that. Then we both hit in to a ling each.

Steady away all day but could not pick up anything more than 8lbers.

My total catch was 7 ling, 3 codling, 1 coalie, 3 whiting and loads of mackerel

Jack had about the same number of ling, 1 codling and 1 pollack.

Canny day today, we got in at 5pm and the sea had came away, was abit lumpy on the way back....going to hold off until 1am before saying yes/no for Sat but i cant see it being a goer.

We never went that far south, only went about 1 mile south of Sunderland piers so may not have picked you up, also had the radio off for abit as the chatter from some people getting on my tits lol ch 8 not for a what i did last night convo lol
