Many thanks to Rich for another day out on Stingray - team stingray was reunited so was good to fish together again.

Started around 6:30 and headed out 16 miles fishing wrecks on the way - had planned to go further but around lunch time the weather go really bad and we made the decision to head closer inshore due to the waves building.

the drift was superb today and the water was clear as crystal over 5 miles out but mr fish was not playing.

we ended the day with 8 ling to 8lb and one 4lb cod.

great day though was had by all and as Graham would say "Had a canny day out".

Well done on finding a few fish, not easy recently. Seems like ling are the only fish interested these days. Shore anglers are starting to see some nice cod.
