Well finished work at 2am and with a super day weather wise, talked my dad into going out for 2hours.
So we set off and for the 1st time in a while i was happy of abit wind to cool us down. Anyway we started on some rough ground taken many coalie and the odd codling, stopped to have a look at a war ship just off the north pier.
Well after taken a few we moved to a couple of close in wrecks taken laods of small colding and pouting, all on pirks or baited daylights.
Also a nice little ling on the pirk.
So i would say in 2hours of fishing we landed
4 cod keepers and 9 returned
30+ coalie
10+ pouting
1 sandeel
and a squid
No mackerel today and really tried for them in a couple of spots.
