Ok well not really a proper catch report but got up at 7am with the gps sitting on the table begging to be fitted so off down the marina at 9am, stripped the old one out, fitted the new one, fitted the new anchor chain and rope, fixed the Altinator issue and started cleaning the boat down.

By this time it was about 2.30pm and al morning the wind was blowing around 20mph SE so neer thought abot going out. 3pm came and te wind dropped off, had a spinning rod in the car with some daylights and spinners so off i went, cleaed the piers and headed about 2miles off to get into the clear water. Drifted over 2wrecks to prove out the gps ad the fish finder worked ok but never dropped o them as did not have the gear so headed for a patch of sand and drifted...ended up with loads of mackerel, gurnard, sandeel, whting, codling and coalie.

Hope to try the wrecks at some point this week, lots of boats out today, canny SE swell but nothing to keep the boats docked.

Happy it all went ok and i never sank :)

p.s now along to the right hand side, moved to be closer the lock gates.
