Sorry to be the bringer of bad news onto the forums, but the thieves are out again!
My mate had his shed broken into last week and had his fishing gear pinched.
This included......a pair of green Barbour neoprene studded chesties........2 rods(details when I get them) and an Abu 9000.
The lad knows his gear like the back of his hand and if he spots it on the shoreline I feel sorry for the culprit.
Please keep a look out for people trying to pass this gear on cheap as it\'s quality gear.

He\'s from Ashington.
As for the drug money......That\'s why the word has been passed round most of the second hand shops and we\'re keeping an eye on the free ads papers, cos them barbour waders are a rarety due to the cost of them so not many pairs you see on the coast. Should be easy enough to spot with the little rips n stuff he knows are there!
If we do catch up with them they\'ll be feeding the fish!!...If you get my meaning!

Also try the likes of Id that sell second hand rods.I know theres a few of the ashington lads get down to the likes of newbiggen prom and lynemouth will keep my eyes open mate ..

I work with a couple of lads from ashington, who know who tthe scrotes are, Ill ask them to keep their shell likes open, bastards.
It happenned to me, I lost about£1500 worth of gear, the insurance will make you either, A, deal with the Tackle company they themselves deal with, or B, offer you the cash to the value of what it would cost them, taking into account their massive discounts.

Good News!!!

The Waders and rods have been returned.......well....collected from the persons house who bought them(apparently he paid just £30 for the whole lot.....Barbour Chesties...2 Century Fireblade rods and an Abu 9000.....If that doesnt tell you the stuff is dodgy I dont know what does!!)..... we are still waiting for the reel!!.
There was also some other items went missing that I didnt know about... namely a pit lamp & 2 batteries also a Mans Mountain bike
We\'re now trying to find out who sold them in the first place

But like British Rail......\"We\'re Getting There!!!!\"
