stuck reducer

One for the rod builders maybe. As the title says my reducers stuck, any tips on getting it out people ? Thanks in advance

when I got a rod stuck together I put some bags of frozen veg out the freezer on the joint and left it for 5-10 mins ,it pulled apart no bother.worth a try mate, might work for you

Tap it out from the inside with a length of pipe (rod stand leg or similar. The hot and cold sometimes works, but not always!!
