The weather forecast was for 40mph+ winds and rain, and mixed with the fact that due to the tides and the weather none of the tackle shops had fresh lug or crab in our hopes were quite modest. We fished a few venues including rock, cliff and beach with pollack and wrasse were caught. I only managed the one fish during the 2 days (but lost some good ones - honest!). Was I upset? Not at all - only managed to get my first shore caught conger which weighed in at 10.5lb's! If I look stunned on the piccy it's because I was!
