Subject: cambois/ newbiggin 12th oct

had a run out to cambois beach at 6pm for a chuck or two, hadn't been there five min when it started to chuck it down with rain, there was a river running down the beach and my weight was not holding bottom plus to much weed so decided to go to newbiggin prom, first cast birds nest so changed reel second cast birds nest, after twenty min of sorting reels out got cast out, the rain came again (anyfish anywhere work a treat) i had nothing until about 9pm ish then 1 3/4lb coalie, next cast 1 small whiting after that two good knocks but missed them both. had enough by 10pm
not a fantastic night but ok there was a lad on the prom fishing so at least i had som company and a bit crack

aye it was a wet night but if ya dont fish ya dont catch lol (bleedin cold)

You were fishing in the rain i was driving down to do shopping in the rain..
Who do you think was suffering the most?
