found a canny place to stay though Makays b&b 20quid a night if anyone's interested

fished behind the caravan park on friday and behind the golf course on sat!! went up to st abbs on sat morning... was gonna fish off the rocks at the end of the harbour but the access to it was closed off

spoke to one of the local divers when I got back to eyemouth and he said that he hadn't seen much in the way of fish when he had been down there but had seen a huge cod only about fifty yards out when he was last out (a couple of days ago behind golf course)

anyway to sum it up the fishing was crap the beer was cold and the hospitality was fantastic
