I went to Parton last night, sands not rocks.First time out for my nephew and did'nt want to have him clambering around in the dark.
Got there about 9.30 and got the first fish,a flounder,in by 10.00.By the time the tide was down we had 2 more small coalies, all taken on a mix of rag, squid and macky. After that a few more rattles until 2.00 then we left.
There were a couple on the Steetley and a few more on the rocks, but I don't know how they got on.
Got to give credit to the Friarage in H/pool,excellent rag, good quality and some pythons got in by mistake. The kids would'nt touch them.
