posted on 22/5/2004 at 10:10Fished the car park at Sandsend this morning from 3:30am until 7am. Not a single bite, loads of weed jamming on the leader knot, nearly impossible to hold bottom with a 6oz gripper! Whitby's West Pier was the same - save your bait lads. Probably give Shields Pier a go this afternoon with the leftover bait, does anyone know how it's fishing at the minute??
