went up to stonehaven area today as i have a match up there in two weeks,so wanted to test the ground on flat calm conditions in case its the same on the day. ended up with 2 x2lb codling 1 x 3&1/2lb codling and 5 coley 3 of which were insize all to fresh crab and lug.all returned.
i know where i will be going in a fortnight

cheers lads.
quite enjoyed yesterday,i went walkabout and walked a few miles along clifftops and found a few new cracking looking marks that have no access paths to them
Jim you dont seem to get many wrasse that far north(phew)for some reason,you get them but not in abundance like we are getting down this way.
Les this was a recce trip so minimal carrying lol. going by last night there will be plenty legal sized coalies weighted in so i will get you
some then.
