Blyth Beach in front of the Astley Arms tonight. Snapped the tip off my Apollo having a chuck before I even got baited up. Borrowed A rod off Matty.T and first cast huge snag most everything gone.
Once the tide dropped back and got onto the sandbar got a codling about 2 1/2lb. My mate Steve ended up with 7, smallest about 1 1/2lb biggest about 5lb. Matty got 3 cod one whiting, biggest cod about 6lb another about 5lb.
All in all another costly day for me.
