Fished Tynemouth for a few hours with a friend between us we had 6 Codling all about 1lb and a half ,4 under size codling and a few size coalfish.

Having written a book, soon to be available in the shops.... let us have a think where Nigel has been... could it be the Bottom of the Stairs... no, you're allowed to fish there although it's not at the bottom of the stairs anymore..... could it be the Boiler, where the boiler of a past wreck remains lodged in the sand....no you can fish there, although I've never heard of 14 fish caught in a session... could it possibly be the protuberence that disappears into the distance from a small insignificant booth, by the road, that just happened.......to be manned.............a few years ago now...... by a gadgy called...........

The Tyne is alive with small Codling some nice catches coming from there earlyer in the week. Heard a club match was won with a large bag
your book is getting some nice reviews hope you do well

I was up at tynemouth the other night there was a littke bit sea on but didn't catch out a lad up the beach had a one about 1lb or 1lb 6oz or summit like that
