Fished the last couple of hours of the ebb and a lovely sea running. No bites for me or the other lads who were down there expecting action. I guess we were a tide (or two) too early. Another lesson learned.

Hardlines mate. I struggled off Whitburn yesterday as well. One coley saved the blank though.

I didn't brave it last night but couple of my mates headed to roker pier to see if it was open.
I will update when he gets his self out of bed.

No mate. It was spot on. We pulled the odd bit kelp in but that's always gonna happen.

Me and the boy fish right hand side of the steps at ryhope mate we had
2 out round about the 2lb mark but your right a couple of days time when it starts to drop off you will hammer them.
