went down the harbour today was told of a new cafe down the docks had a look in a cup of coffee all very nice. plenty of parking nice view as you can see on pic plenty of parking space.
took a pick of the new marina but deleted by mistake next time.

Got to agree, been there a few times. He's got himself a little gold mine there. Always got people in. And yes their coffee is the good stuff. Non of that cheap muck some places sell.
