The Heugh 22/8/08

Fished the Heugh last night 6:30pm - 12:30am. Between 2 of us we managed 17 whities up to 1lb 4oz, a small codling about 10oz, an eel around a 1lb and the biggest rockling I have ever seen just under a 1lb. Baits used: rag, runnydown, fresh crab, mackerel and squid. I had 11 fish in my first 10 casts and also managed two double shots of ting on a pennel. I'll put a pic up later of the rockling.

Well done Shaun. I will have to get down again soon. As soon as the lads back at school i,ll be taking me old fella out for his dinner then heading back up.
