the huegh last night yet another all nighter

well i went down to the huegh last night about 9pm when i arrived fishing was slow infact i never got ma first whitie until low water had a few small bites but that was it after about half past one i had a crackin bite struck into it was a codling of around about the 1lb mark about another hour had past before my next bite wich happened to be a slack liner i cought up with the fish and it was another codling for about 1 lb both fish where returned safely the wind picked up so i thought best move before i got swept off so i moved upto the lighthouse where i had a couple other bites but with no ending result the wind had picked up quite a bit by the time it turned half 3 so i moved into the piolet pier only had a couple small bites in there by half 5 i packed up and started heading for home where i bumped into an old chap about about 65 yrs old about to go on the pilot pier told him it was rather quiet but he still went down to try so i had give him the rest of my lug and rag as i knew i wouldnt be back out for another 3 days or so.
