The Middens

The middens is practically on my door step and while the weather hasnt turned up a wavelet never mind a slight swell thought i\'d go down and kill a few hours. Been fishing the beach and catching them baby codlings over high water. Just wondering if anyone knows of any good low water marks over the rocks in that area and when they fish? Advice would be most welcome.

try the haven rocks or the island.
fished there on monday neet but it was too big of a tide and the tyne nearly drained oot.
also dont leave it too latye to get off if you fish the island and hope the fog doesnt come down as it did on monday, it was that thick you didnt know which way to get back to shore.
good job i knew the shot. like the shot personally.

Cheers Tony, Will give that a shot. Is the Haven rocks parallel to tynemouth pier underneath the cliffs?

yes but i tend to fish round the corner where you access them from the middens prom.
