1st off - apologies for posting these photos a bit late in the day.......intended to do so as soon as I got back to the office, but just didn\'t have time.

Hopefully, they\'ll be of some use to anybody thinking about going out later tonight.......

Well, the sea\'s been pretty flat for a long while - looks like things could be changing today:-

1. Trow Rocks
2. from same location looking along Shields beach
3. Trow Rocks
4. Grahams Sand looking towards Target Rock
