The Welcome Return Of The Catch Reports

I Really Looked Forward To Reading The Catch Reports And The Banter That Was Reported By Boat Owners And Their Crew's. Especially If I Was Stuck At (Four Letter Word Warning) Work, And Could Only Read Of What I had Missed Out On.Its Rather Quite. How Long Do I Have To Wait Before The KeyBoards Are In Action Reporting On The Days Adventure's By Those Who Venture Beyond The Piers.

Mid April for every weekend that the weather lets me get out but odd trip from now until then.

Next flat weekend i am planning ona trip but wont be going more than 3 miles from the piers.

Richy, We Have To Hatch A Plan So That We Work The Same Shift Pattern.You Have A Canny Knack Of Picking The Weekends Where You May Be Heading Out To Wet A Line, Where I On The Other Hand Would Be Heading For Work.

hi sid, I hate the Winter, not because I`m afraid of the cold,not because there's less fish, not because I`m an old scrooge and dont like to enjoy myself with everyone else at christmas and not because the seas a little bit lively ..... but just because week after week after week the sea is impossible and will not allow us out past the piers ......

The best part of this time of year is looking forward to the moment you see green leaves starting to appear on the trees again, then its into the lures orangy greeny things with 5/0 hooks for the early fish at St Marys then a few months later its 7/0 on flowing traces avoiding the snags on the wrecks ... whooo hooo roll on , it can't be long now ......
