The West Coast Of Ireland??

Just a request to see if anyone on here has got any advice on fishing the Atlantic coast of Ireland or reccomendations on which area to fish. I am off over in about four weeks time for three days to fish with my brother. We are pretty flexible where to fish and just after some varied sport for a change from Kerd! Might camp or go B and B.
I have been looking at Galway but am easy. I think the only bits or info I have seen on fishing over in Ireland have been on discovery with Henry Gilbey fishing the Shannon and spinning sandeels for pollock!
Thanks in advance,

Graham.

I go to the Dingle area Graham. Loads of marks, too many to reel off. There's usually somewhere to fish in all conditions from beach, pier or rocks. The big thing to watch on the Atlantic coast is the swells, they can come from nowhere and wash 20ft up the rocks you're on, sit and watch a mark for a bit before going on. We keep going back to Dingle area because after 3 trips we're still just learning our way around and where we'll get fish in certain conditions.

Get loads of good info from this site, plenty will offer current advice where to go
Welcome to Sea Angling Ireland

Another good site for Dingle are is here

E-mail the secretary Matty, originally from the North East. Met up with them last year after a match and got loads of good tips and marks.

Enjoy the Guinness
