I fished the 1st gate on thursday afternoon, with only a coalie in 4 hours, but was pleasant bit of fresh air.
So decided to hit the mill dam on friday to waste my bait expecting to be raided by crabs, only had two in 4 hours, and over 15 fish, mainly coalies and whiteing, upto about 1lb, but most around 6" or so, which was the size of the coalie i caught from the pier, had a good bit sport =]
also have a vivivarpous blenny... gave a good tug on my cheeky carp rod, one of the bigger ones i've seen around 40-45cm.
