Getting pretty fed up with this weather, not been out for a few weeks and every time I plan to go, the weather puts the spanner in the works again. So planning for Thursday but not convinced the weather will play ball. 😩

I think you will be unlucky again, I was looking at Friday but that looks dodgy now. I can't believe the run of ****e weather we are having. Mind you the gardens looking better than it has for a long time

Think Friday is looking the better day up to now with lighter winds before it comes away Friday night/Saturday.

But it'll probably change at the 6pm update:rolleyes:

It is unbelievable, being a boat owner in the north east is a nightmare at times. Just need a long spell of settled weather. Bought the dragonfly plotter a few weeks ago and still not had the chance to use it yet.

I think most boat owners feel the same at the moment, fish coming on, and can't get at them. I'm sick of putting worms back on the beach a week after getting them with no good forecast in sight.
Hope you get out soon Mark.

Same every year Mark, about 1/3 of all planned trips get called off.

So far my count is planned 9 fished 5 and if i was not able to fish mid-week every so often it would of been planned 9 fished 2...god defo hates the working man and even more so the working fisherman.

Macky in now, algie bloom started, its all coming together for a great season regardless of the weather...2010-2011 catch reports here we come :)

If the wind forecast holds true, it looks like Thursday late afternoon / early evening could be a window of opportunity. The inshore waters will be a tad murky so the local wrecks could be the best option with the predicted light winds and a 4.7m tide.
I'm hoping the forecast holds true and I'll certainly give it a go but the weather's very erratic just now so I'm not too optimistic.
