if you use WinDates on vista try this http://www.mobilegeographics.com:81/locations/5350.html

and download the subscription table (costs nowt)

fire up windates and you'll get all the tide info every day/week/month/year or whatever

use the iCal (mac) version and have found it pretty accurate
