!!! Howdy all !!!
Just flew back to that States and back to work on monday! Just wanted to say I had a cracking summer off and have really enjoyed reading all your catch reports, discussion and banter!! Hopefully I contributed enough, I had a couple of decent sessions on the boat, but the shore was hard going for me over the summer and I never seemed to get past the Coalies! The day I fished Beadnell was the day that bloke had that 13 pounder (think his name was Ian), which was easily the best shore caught cod I've seen, well done again! My best sessions though was during a trip up to the Isle of Skye for some good quality pollock!!!
From what I've read today it seems like some good numbers of Codling have moved inshore and I hope this keeps up for the coming months!! So keep those catch reports coming in! Back christmas for a crack from the beaches!!
