Well day looked to be ok but the bad of July kept going, strong winds and choppy seas spelled game over the me for wreck fishing at about 10am lol

Kept going and tried a few new wrecks i not tried before, we still ended up with about 15 cod and ling but nothing bigger than abot 5lb.

Also a few whiting and loads of mackerel.

Headed for home about 1pm and stopped off just off the piers for a few hours taken macky and that, its no fun when its like that and your being chucked all over.

Heard of a few good fish landed very early on in the morning time

Seen some canny cod n ling going to the scales for the comp as well..Well done to everyone for catching today when many, myself included chucked the towel in ater a few hours.

I gave it a miss today , the wind was far too strong to go out there with any hope of being able to fish properly , it's just dying down a bit now.
Well done for having a go at it Richy , I'm looking at maybe Wednesday or Thursday when things settle down a bit

well done on the fish Richy but I reckon you need a course in positive thinking as the weather and conditions while choppy were still fishable it just makes the day more interesting and how can you still complain at 15 fish??????????

Ow i can complain about anything.

The sides of Stingray not as high as Kate, when the wind turns you and you have a wave bigger than about 6-7ft as we had at some points, it comes crashing over the side, this happened twice and was not a nice thing.

No i never went out today Steve, called it off last night but when i got up at 9ish and checked the weather it was nice upto about 1pm so could of had a few hours, stayed in and painted instead lol.



9 days leave left to take before the end of the summer so sure fit a few mid week trips in and the weekends.

Well done once again you 3, was very hard going but you managed a nice 1 in the end.

Ow and i got a camera now so will start putting a few pics up
