Today at beadnell

Went up to beadnell today with my dad got there at 3 oclock sea was flat with the prospect of some decent fishing got the rods set up and away we were 3-4 minutes in and a bite for my dad but resulted in nowt

This went on untill the end if the night loadsa bites for me dad but sod all for me we just cudnt connect to the fish
The weather was lush though got a decent tan eventually
Came home with sh+t loads of crab which are now in the freezer
Not much gear lost which was a plus
Better luck next time though eh !!

i had the same at swine dene but could not connect either i no another lad on here who has had the same up the coast and would of swore the fish would of been on with the bites he had but nowt some1 said to me they could be lobsters but who knows mind you must of had a good spot not to loose any gear as it is rough ground up their alright.

I lost 3 sets of gear all day which isnt bag i now have a strong rod n reel to pull through the kelp which is a massive help
1 bite my dad had pulled both rods of the stand and was still pulling when he picked it up but when he struck there was nowt there crab bait came back in with a massive bitr mark out of it maybes it was a wrasse who knows
Theres fish out there but hard to pick up
