Trailer Wheel and Tyre?

Just to see if anyone has a boat trailer wheel I could borrow for the weekend? It's for a spare in case of emergency and won't be used fingers crossed.
It's to fit a 145r10 and a Rapide four stud trailer hub.

Sorry cant help you out hopefully someone on NESA can if not there's one or two on ebay if you want a permanent spare, appreciate it means splashing the cash
