Hi every1. Me nd a few mates r heading up lynemouth Sunday. Any info about what nd where catches would be greatly appreciated As ive never fished there before. Thanks

I regularly fish of the pipe mate either side seems to be very clean, it's a bit tricky to get to as you have to cross about 10 metres of rocks until you reach it. Hasn't been fishing to well lately up there I had 3 decent flounders last week but no cod! Hope this helps. Tight lines!

In my experience you need a bit movement for it to fish. Not really a mark where you can "pick a day and fish it" if your after cod that is.
Others may disagree but I doubt it.

As Stevie says got to have a bit movement for it to produce codling. Mucky water and a swell will fish but not if it's flat. It's one of them beaches where it's all or nothing.
Generally throws out the odd fish

If you have rough ground gear head north up the beach as it gets more snaggy with kelpy ground park at the gypsy homes walk on beach from here and head up the beach 4-500yds or if you want to fish with "lighter" gear then head south of the burn which is the stream you will cross . Again anywhere along this stretch should produce coaly dabs & tings . There is also the other side of alcan ,,hospital hole which is also not to snaggy . Check the winds,as a s.e. always seems to have the edge . The rougher the sea the North side of the beach is probably the best bet as it has deeper stretches between the skeers . Im sure someone will add to this or correct me lol but if you hit the beach at the right time then there will be a local or two who would also point you in right direction ;-);-) hope this helps ;-)
