Just a brief report -

The water is too cold for the wearing of your best shiny breathable waders, even with your work trousers underneath (I work in a college but only have one pair of long trousers so I have to fish, drink and work in them) I kept moving up and down the bank, not in search of new lies or fish patrol routes, but to change the water level around my legs to stave off frostbite. My peeper keeper sunglass lanyards kept getting stuck on the velcro of my goretex cap. The zips on my 9000 quid wading jacket would only go up and down if I had them at a 78.45 degree angle to the pocket. I pulled the sleeve of my hypertechnic polar fleece down past the silk and neoprene waterproof cuffs of my EWS system coat to wipe the moss off my polaroids and forgot to stuff it back up - leading to extreme wicking of moisture up my arm and round the corner. Left the flap of my extreme weather bank luggage system up before returning to the water and the last half of my red onion and tuna stottie got turned into mullet bait.

Caught nowt

Loved it I think

Hey Sless, Tunstall\'s worth a thought for your lads! £85 for a years membership, lovely surroundings, good lads running the show, boat fishing possible. Plenty of fish to be caught.

I\'d still be wearing the same costume at Sharpley Sless, and I do like a plodge.

Checked the signing in sheets before I left, there was a lot of fish caught in the early part of the day, lad on the point wading in his tracky bottoms and casting like Mullarithinan(?) pulled three out, I was dead pleased for him :casstet: ;)

i was drenched at sharpley today
i have 4 sets of chest waders and wore my mole skin pants and got soaked
but i dont care
my skin is waterproof
;)

I\'d like to catch KT Tunstall (slobber drool etc) singin \"crack whore and the sherry tree\".
