dropped my lass off at work and popped down the tyne for a sly session got there for 1pm only a few small knocks untill 4.15 then rod rattled wound down felt the tug and missed it baited up again lobbed out into a deep hole put rod down and over it went fish on two more chucks two more fish had to pick my lass up at 4 so had to pack up . was under orders off my mam that she wanted fresh cod as she has just got out of hospital after having brain tumors removed .the fish put a smile on her face happy faces allround

hello mate just wodering where about that is where your fishing i used to fish near the copthorne hotel and used to catch loads but not very many cod a map would be great if poss mate thanks scotty

cheers lads my mam is a tough old boot she was telling doctors that she was well enough to go home day after op and if she is anything like my gran (93) and still going strong Ive got her around for a long time .all i have to do now is catch some more for my gran she says they taste better when i catch them ,took me years just to get her to taste one caught from the tyne
