Just had me two pals knock on me door after a couple of hours fishing the tyne and cudnt believe me eyes when a opened me door and a was greeted with a cod which was 25inches in lenght and a would say abour 5lb. Carnt believe it after the ****e fishing av had lately it makes me wana get me ass out tomora in hope of a nice spring cod.

Thats generally the case as you can fish it for hours and bang on nothing and someone goes in and comes up roses but never mind better luck next time

nice catch by your m8's seems we may get a decent spring run this year. is this the start of it.

aye nice one we fished tyne sun morn had a few kept one at 2lb fresh crab for bait hopefuly with big tides and 15ft seas forcast for wed shud push some into river mate espec with crab showing a bit more
