Fished Brighams last night 9pm - 3am over low water. A big tide so at low water it was extremely shallow close in. It was a pleasant still overcast evening with no wind and temperature minus one (four degrees warmer than last week lol) water was flat as a fart. Lots of small knocks from the off and had a coalie first cast. Missed a few probably crabs and small fish or flatties that could not connect with my 3/0 hooks (hooray!). Landed five fish - three coalies and two codling. Nothing of any great size but good sport all the same. Largest was a coalie 35cm. Fish caught on lug(2), raw prawn(2) and mackeral (1). All fish returned.
