had a couple of hours in the river tonite not much happening-had a small coalie a small whiting and a small codling and i mean small

still fish mate i took coalies too 30 odd cm,s from marsden rock ledges today better than sitting in the house i must admit

not sure who had the worse night , a was down on the tyne from 4.30 till 9.30 and only managed 1 coli bout 36 centmetres, was using 2 rods 2 hooks on each and that was the best a could do, never mind winters coming
