fished the Tyne last night for couple of hours near the schooner pub.Just used crab,not a bad session.Bit slow at first due to the seal flitting about,but soon improved had a couple of flatties,an eel and 4 coalies.Made a change getting coalies as at one time you hardly ever got them this far up the river,cheers.

Just got back from another session at the same place,blanked had one bite since 3.30am...that seal has killed it up there.Stupid thing was backwards and forwards,still had a few casts with the TTR i`ve got...just cant get away with them rods at all.Had one a few years ago,did`nt like them then and the same crack now too...rite that`s my moan over lol.
