Urgent sos!

Hi lad's,

This thread finds me a bit of a pickle!!

Through unseen events I am without bait for tomorrow! I require 9 boxes of squid for tomorrow morning!

I am organising bait for a total of six.

I have cash and wheels! Can anyone rescue me from this stricken vessel!

I live in North Shields but will/must travel!

My absolute back up plan is to get down to the fish quay in North Shields to see if I can rattle on the wet mongers to purchase some squid for approximately 0600hrs!

Lad's if you have any other info. that would assist me in my quest I would greatly appreciate this!

Why not try tesco on norham road mate, the fish counter sells bags of frozen squid or they did and they looked canny.

Cheers for the speedy response mate, I have been there and Morrisons! I have been online. Taylors on the quay say they stock frozen squid! They open at 0700hrs! Thank god! They should have a decent stock and 9 boxes shouldn't be too big an ask....what is they say about eggs and baskets lol!

If your struggling for time it might be worth getting a few bags of prawns or since the sprats are in some fresh sardines. cooked prawns caught a few fish on the boats a couple of years ago
