Ordered a few bits and bobs online a few days back, they arrived nice and quick but opened up the box only to find they had put the wrong stuff in the box!! fired a quick email back to them and got a nice reply within a couple of hours, told to keep the extra stuff ad they had my correct order straight into the first class post! Now that's customer service wish they would get my order wrong more often!

They have always been spot on veals, with me. Use them regular and postage is speedy - you did well there mate!!

veals have been going a very long time there products and service are excellent.
over the years have had a number of items both sea and freshwater tackle from them post and packing is excellent never had any problems .

I think veals are the best mail order shop for bits n bobs, fast delivery and keen
pricing.
