3 of us went out today, and fished just South of the River Wear. We were out there for about 4 hours using ragworm, runnydown, peeler crab, mussel and razor fish.
Out of the 5 lines in the water, we had the grand total of NO bites. Wind then started to get strong so we headed back in.
Forecast for Sunday looks like we'll possibly get back out for a few hours.
