wey what a day it started off nice although very breezy which made bite indication quite difficult

tried our hardest to find the fish but could only manage 1 rockling me mate to 1 small plaice and a dab so it wasnt a wasted session

couple of other lads out aswell but they didnt stay very long
baits were rag and crab

Well m8 with those conditions yesterday you should have known you did/nt stand much of a chance catching fish but you have been lucky to get your rocking as when it rains fish just lie dormant on the bottom of the river bed so better luck next time.:D:D:D

Lie dormant ??
Ive had some cracking sessions in the rain i wasnt hoping for any big fish neither and every fish is a bonus especially in thise conditions

dont think they lie dormant mate, ive had my best sessions in the rain,i know what you mean, there might be a overflow of freshwater, but as in sea lochs the fresh water is on the top layers, atleast i think,im sure some1 will correct me if im wrong, some clued up anglers on here:)
