had a free day yesterday so went down to walker got there an hour later than i planned so got there an hour before high tide, first chuck got a couple of sharp pulls then another reel in rod was bent double though it was a good fish until an under size coddling broke the surface i had hooked it through the back and dragged it through the tide.next chuck again another good pull but missed it third chuck same again this a nice fish on which came off about 20yrds out gutted then it went quiet for a couple of hours so went home for some tea. then back out again tried st peters for an hour nowt there so moved to north shields fish quay plenty of bites but no fish couple of lads there they only caught a couple of under size fish.so my poor run continues
