fished most of the flood up to top water had one rod out in the channel the othere was chucked out about 30 to 40 yrds all my fish came close in on rag ended up with 3 coley and 8 whitling that were all size plus loads of small whitling . the only thing that spoilt the nite was the amount of litter most of which was fishing related old rags ,line and empty cans and the bins were only a few yrds away and empty

What's it like fishing from around an hour before low water down there?? Might give it a go tonight. Got a fair bit of bait left.

What's it like for snags nowadays? And what about parking? Used to park in the dead end behind the yacht club, can you still park there?

ya do get stuck sometimes lyk and you shud get fish thn anorl, parking can b a bit tricky at tyms but shud b able to park cheerz for the report m8 !!

can be hard getting a parking place at times . and in the past Ive caught with the tide on the ebb and the flood it can be snaggy on big tides a gripper is a must . I used rag lug and mackeral last nite with all whitling taking rag and the coley took lug and rag and the crabs took the rag and macky lol .I used a pulley rig out in the channel and a 3 hook flapper close in but left the bottom hook bare to stop the crabs. hope this helps and tight lines
