walkway tonight

fished the walkway tonight to windy to go on the pier and the wind was coming from all over the place but had bait to use up, first 2 cast got undersized coalys the nothing for another 2 or 3 casts untill it got dark then had a codling of about 1lb biggest i had all night another 2 codling smaller than the first 1 then it went dead at about 10.30-11.

fished shields pier the night before had 1 small codling all night my mate had a flatty and a coaly was rubbish lol.

but had a decent night tonight and got to use all the bait up, the water was coming over the north pier from top to bottom rolling all the way down the pier waves about 30 foot higher then the pier.

yeah was a canny night out better than stoping in all night, just had to get out and use the bait up that i had left. the people that were there before me said theres been small stuff all day.

A fish is a fish is a fish so well done. Looking at the tides think I'll be over the Walkway maybe Thursday night, maybe if I get there early enough I can nick your spot, you always seem to do well there....

that is my secret spot well not so secret but its were i like to fish iv always had fish from round that area so never tried anywere else just incase i blank. yeah and its better than a blank il probly be heading down threw the week 1 time then going on the pier on the weekend or maybe the other way round have to wait and see.
