W'Bay pipe/Blyth Pier 9/6/13

started on the pipe about mid way up at 0930, tried a float at various depths for an hour or so with no success so switched to a ledger. 1 knock which ended in nothing. Also had my new spinning outfit out for a trial as all this talk of pollack had me excited. No fish though.

Moved to Blyth pier at 1215 until 1515, again using ledger, float and spinning. Almost caught a sand eel on the spinner but that was the most action I saw.
