we sailed away

for half a day,at the partys request:) they must have known the forecast too:exclam::exclam:

s/east wind and a big tide on the ebb made for a fast drift, never the less fish were boated, but was a case of having to hunt around for them.

daylights baited with rag out fished everything else, though cleaner water meant the ripper took a few fish:D

slack water brought the end of fish catching, just as it did yesterday.

the flooding tide brought undesirable conditions and time to head home, stops at a couple of marks on the journey produced a few more fish, encouraging signs:)

the party left seemingly happy with their half day,and even threatened to come back:)

Twas certainly a fast drift and a hard tide ........... yesterday and I assume today as well.
Still, fish were had so ..... . here we go again for another weather watching week. :)
