going up to west coast of scotland on monday. mainly just to get away for a few days but will obviously be going fishing too. will there be many fish around at the minute around the whithorn/kirkcudbright area????

you might find it a bit slow yet,probably get a few small pollock and the ever present dogs,dont think the wrasse will be there yet,one or two plaice or bass at montreith burn....

ah well if theres dogs there thats fine, taking me little cousin n its his first time fishing away from shields so as long as he can catch summit ill be happy
