had four hours there today loads rising and jumping saw my indicator disappear a couple of times ,cant be long now before i feel the weight of my first fish

If you fished the biggun,try hares ear,orange fritz,black fritz,or blob.Finally if its calm enough try buzzers.If you fish the one inside the horseshoe go right to the narrow strip near the little islands(have your back to them)and use cdc's or parachute type flies.Failing there go along till you get to the end of that pond and fish the 3rd off last peg on anything with yellow in(vary the retrieve).
If that fails I'm f****d.
Jack caught one about 18" from the bank int he horseshoe near the 3rd peg,sorry can't remember the numbers.

tried hares ear, and orange fritz as well as other flies such as hawthorns daddies etc didnt try any lures though in both lakes fishing in all places with advice off others still didnt manage a take ,one lucky bugger though even caught one on a orange egg
